Indexer preflight
Marker <= 80 bytes and MIME <= 120 bytes
Body is non-empty and <= 380.9 KB
JSON mode parses as a JSON object or value
Envelope carrier: OP_FALSE OP_IF marker content-type OP_0 body OP_ENDIF
Set PEARL_RPC_URL or PEARL_INSCRIBE_API_BASE_URL before live quote creation.
